As female Project managers, we can excel by staying true to ourselves, leveraging unique perspectives, and redefining leadership norms. We will be discussing the following key points:

• How authenticity can create more inclusive workplaces.

Karin is a results-driven professional with progressive experience managing diverse teams and providing responsive leadership and technical expertise in businesses as diverse as film VFX, brand identity, technology, and social media. Clients have included international film companies, private, government, and global banking organizations.

Certified in both PMP and PMI-ACP, Karin uses her over 20 years of experience to run successful projects and business teams, providing strategic organizational transformations.

With a proven ability to manage resources in diverse industries as well as managing and scheduling teams in multiple time zones. She has a strong interest in people management and a passion for client/team relationship development that adds components for continued success. She is a transformative culture innovator through her leadership approach.
