Being a Mentee
Whether you want to accelerate your professional growth, gain invaluable insights, or navigate challenges confidently, this program will guide you to take your career to the next level.
From October 2024 to April 2025, an experienced project manager will be your mentor and hold one-on-one biweekly in-person or online meetings. In each session, you will work together on activities designed to help you achieve your goals and receive feedback.
We will host workshops and networking events to connect with other mentors and mentees.
During the program, you will:
- Be featured on PMI Manitoba’s channels.
- Showcase your unique perspective and creativity
- Enhance your digital footprint and professional portfolio.

While we are open to receiving women project managers from many streams, special priority will be given to PMI members and/or women enrolling in a PMI certification.
