Alan Mallory
Alan Mallory is an international speaker, author, and performance coach who is passionate about reaching new heights in all that we do. His unique philosophy of life revolves around empowering people and embracing an agile mentality focused on relationships and results.
Alan holds a degree in Engineering from Queen’s University and a Master's degree in Psychology from Adler University, giving him a well-balanced approach to the outer and inner challenges we all face. He has worked internationally with large organizations as a professional engineer and project manager developing patents and implementing solutions to complex challenges in the mining and metals industry.
Alan is also an accomplished musician specializing in the electric violin, a distinctive talent that he integrates into many of his programs. Building experience through a lifestyle of adventure and challenge, Alan embarked on the journey of a lifetime and set a world record on Mount Everest along with three members of his immediate family.
Carla Ciepliski

National Director, Lean Practice, Colliers Projects Leaders
Carla Ciepliski is the National Director of Lean Practice at Colliers Project Leaders, is a coach and industrial engineer with 24 years of multi-sector experience specializing in strategic and tactical Lean implementations. The latter half of her career has been spent working mostly on Lean project delivery implementations (planning, design & construction) and guiding Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and other collaborative methodologies. She currently lives in Calgary and continues to provide Lean and/or IPD advisory services to projects and organizations across Canada.
Carla currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Integrated Project Delivery Alliance (IPDA) and is the Founding Chair of the newly formed Lean Design & Construction Canada (LDCC). She has provided leadership in the sustained development of the Lean Community of Practice (CoP) in Calgary and engages in presentations and training sessions for a range of organizations. Carla has delivered numerous Lean projects and initiatives across her career, and she plans to continue to support the positive transformation of the built environment using Lean and IPD.

As CEO of a leadership development firm and Vice President of a NASDAQ company specializing in IMAX theaters, Spencer collaborated with industry giants like IMAX Corp., Disney Films, and National Geographic Television. Since 2009, he has captivated audiences with insights on powerful culture development, effective communication, and team engagement. Spencer's impact extends to PMI conferences, where he's been a revered speaker since 2010, earning acclaim as one of the highest-rated presenters in the yearlong PMI Leadership Institute Master Class. A Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and Certified Team Performance Coach (CTPC), Spencer co-authored "The Power of the Platform" alongside luminaries like Jack Canfield and Les Brown. With a Bachelor's in political science and a Master's in economics from the University of Utah, Spencer champions excellence both on and off the stage, supported by his partner and COO, Jana, and their loving family of five children and eight grandchildren.
Sean Clarke
Sean’s career spans nearly three decades of dynamic roles in information technology, telecommunications, and project management, culminating in his current position managing the City of Winnipeg’s IT Project Management Office. His expertise in technical solutions, operations, and leadership has shaped his ability to lead complex portfolios and programs. Combining his old-school approach with artistic flair as a performing artist and storyteller, and aspiring equestrian rider, Sean brings creativity and structure to his project delivery methods. His dedication to mentoring others and enhancing the project management profession demonstrates his enduring commitment to service and transformation within the public service.
Ross Saunders
Ross is the PrivSec Director at Bamboo Data Consulting, a niche
consultancy servicing the intersection of Governance, Privacy, and
Security. With a background in IT infrastructure security, software
development, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Ross is
able to assist in a wide range of disciplines surrounding
compliance, security, and privacy. He regularly assists companies
with advisory, awareness campaigns, and practical implementations
of privacy and security programs. Over the years, Ross has served
on numerous InfoSec committees and has regularly appeared in the
media in South Africa and Canada regarding privacy and security
challenges that businesses often face.
Keisha Lewis
For the last 25 years, Keisha Lewis has been immersed in technology.
She’s seen firsthand how it can redefine the way we work, especially in
the world of project management. Today, her mission is twofold: to
mentor and coach project managers and to inspire and equip them to
embrace the transformative power of technology and artificial
intelligence.
Keisha believes that integrating AI into project management is not just
about staying current, it’s about staying relevant and future-proofing
careers. As a sought-after speaker, Keisha continues to be a voice in
the project management community, serving as a speaker for several
Project Management Institute (PMI) chapters and during the 2023 PMI
Global Summit.
Throughout her career, she has transitioned from mainframe
programming to web application development and finally, project and
program management. Her experience spans a wide range of industries
and projects, with a specialization in managing complex digital, web,
and e-commerce projects and programs.
She currently serves as the Chief Enterprise Project Officer for County
Government in Maryland where she is responsible for establishing and
managing the enterprise project management office. Her primary
responsibilities include managing high-impact, complex, and high-risk
technical projects, implementing best practices and standards for
project management, and ensuring adherence to project objectives and
timelines.
In addition to her career as a project management professional, Keisha
is also an entrepreneur and business owner. She is the owner of DTB
Solutions, LLC, an information technology and business services firm
that launched in 2007.
Keisha’s heart sits at the intersection of project management and tech
with a little marketing sprinkled on top. She is passionate about
community service and enjoys providing training on various project
management and technology topics. She is proficient in various project
management tools and holds several credentials including Project
Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Hybrid Project Pro,
Certified Scrum Master, Professional Certified Marketer, and Certified
Digital Marketing Professional.
