By joining this program, you will:

  • Earn 25 Professional Development Units (PDU) to enhance your professional credentials.
  • Be included in PMI Manitoba’s Mentor Directory. 
  • Gain visibility on PMI’s channels throughout the program duration. 
  • Receive a certificate of completion issued by PMI Manitoba. 

Your Profile

Your project management experience is your most valuable asset! 

  • You have a post-secondary education in project management or related fields or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience directly related to Project Management. 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects and teams. 
  • You reside in Manitoba. 

Being a Mentor

From October 2024 to April 2025, you will mentor a woman professional who is taking her first steps in project management through biweekly in-person or online meetings of an hour duration. 

Your commitment is a crucial aspect of successful participation. A program facilitator and a mentoring committee will support you during the six-month program providing you with all the tools and materials to succeed in your role.  

We will also offer mentor training sessions and seminars and host networking events and workshops.
