June Virtual Chapter Event: “Building Bridges: The Power of Meaningful Connections in Project Management”
In today’s fast-paced and interconnected world, the ability to build and maintain meaningful connections is a critical skill for project managers. Join Heather as she explores the profound impact that effective networking can have on project success.
We will discuss the importance of building genuine relationships, emphasizing that quality connections far outweigh the sheer number of contacts. Attendees will learn strategies to leverage their networks to achieve project goals, solve problems, and enhance their professional growth.
Finally, we will discuss the concept of networking as a two-way street, highlighting the importance of giving back to your network and fostering a culture of mutual support and collaboration. By the end of this session, participants will understand how to transform their professional relationships into powerful assets that drive project success and personal development.
Learning objectives:
- Recognize the impact of meaningful connections on project success.
- Apply networking strategies to solve problems and advance professional growth.
- Leverage relationships as strategic assets for project and personal success.
