With a strong foundation in Biomedical Science and International Health Policy, Shyanne has been instrumental in delivering impactful solutions for high-profile organizations, including the World Health Organization, IQVIA, and Smile Digital Health.

Her career spans continents, with successful leadership roles in North America, Europe, and Asia, driving critical projects in eHealth, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. Shyanne excels in transforming complex business requirements into actionable strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and creating sustainable growth paths for her clients. Her notable achievements include expanding market opportunities, optimizing project portfolios, and securing multi-million-dollar contracts.

As a seasoned Delivery Manager at Smile Digital Health, she oversees a portfolio of over 60 projects, manages a team of 25 professionals, and ensures operational excellence through a balance of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. Shyanne is known for her ability to navigate diverse stakeholder environments, lead strategic initiatives, and provide training on critical topics such as change management and risk control. Her exceptional expertise in project delivery, client relations, and team leadership continues to drive success across industries.
