Gabriele Maussner-Schouten, MBA, PMP, BCAP : Gabriele Maussner-Schouten is a respected project consultant and coach with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing practical solutions for project management success. Her expertise managing large projects for both private and public-sector organizations range from mission-critical ERP implementations and content management solutions to providing leadership for major special events and support for enterprise-wide communication strategies. She is well versed in agile and waterfall project management techniques and is talented workshop facilitator and speaker. Gabriele coaches project teams and project sponsors to create high performance project teams and to deliver business value to the organization. Gabriele offers fractional PMO services, hands-on project support and project coaching. She is trained in adult learning and has taught strategic supply chain management at Centennial College and Humber College in Toronto. Gabriele holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a business degree from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm in Germany. She received her PMP certification in 2005 and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC)™ from York University. She is a registered Coach Practitioner and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is fluently bilingual in English and German.

 

Paul Boudreau, MBA, PMP : Paul Boudreau is a highly respected and influential project management professional with over thirty-five years experience in the technology industry.  His extensive project management work includes successful project implementations in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.  In addition to developing and teaching over 80 project management in class courses, his public online courses have been taken by students in over 100 countries.  Paul currently uses his in-depth knowledge of project management to research and develop AI concepts. His first book, Applying Artificial Intelligence to Project Management, was well received for both professional and practical insights into a complex new technology. Boudreau is a dynamic and motivational speaker as he presents visual images and compelling arguments for using AI to change the project methodology.
