Mentor Application Form

The purpose of the mentoring program for Mentors is to foster meaningful relationships and enable the sharing of knowledge with emerging project management professionals. We believe that Mentors will also benefit from their Mentees, gaining fresh perspectives and insights. Mentoring often allows Mentors to refresh and rejuvenate their views on their professional experience. The information provided below will be reviewed by the Mentorship Program leaders and will remain confidential.

By submitting this application, you acknowledge that you will make a reasonable effort to:

  1. Attend all meetings agreed upon with your Mentee.
  2. Participate in the kick-off and close-out sessions.
  3. Complete a mid-program survey.
  4. Respond promptly to mentoring team emails requesting status updates or other information.

By applying to and participating in this Mentorship Program, participants confirm that they have read and understood the contents of both the Mentorship Handbook and the Mentorship Code of Conduct and agree to adhere to their guidelines and code of conduct. We reserve the right to modify or update these documents at any time, and participants are encouraged to regularly visit the Mentorship Program page to stay informed of the latest changes.

It is the responsibility of the Mentor to ensure that all opinions, guidance, advice, and suggestions provided during the mentoring relationship are accurate to the best of their knowledge and not recommend or suggest any actions that could be considered illegal, unethical, or immoral.

All PMI credential holders participating in this Mentorship Program are responsible for self-reporting their earned PDUs.

By applying to and participating in this Mentorship Program, participants agree that neither PMI, the PMI Manitoba Chapter, nor any of its representatives can be held liable for the suggestions and/or advice provided during the mentoring relationship.
