In this presentation, we will walk through seven frequently asked questions about project risk management. After this presentation, you will know how to apply the risk management processes, resulting in better project results (i.e., on schedule, on budget, on requirements). These principles may be applied to projects, programs, or enterprise-level activities.

Harry Hall is a speaker, teacher, author, and blogger. His expertise includes risk management in enterprises, portfolios, programs, and projects. Harry is the creator of the PMI-RMP Exam Prep Course. He has worked for the University of Georgia, Georgia Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company, IKON Financial Services, and General Electric.
Harry left the corporate world in 2016 to start his consulting business–the Project Risk Coach, where he teaches project management and project risk management to project managers worldwide. Harry graduated from the University of Georgia and is a certified Project Management Professional and a Project Risk Management Professional.
