Anna-headshot.jpg

Anna Pino’s career began in finance, where she quickly developed a keen understanding of budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting. Starting out as a financial analyst, she managed large budgets for major projects, including overseeing millions of dollars in data conversion programs. Her precision in managing finances, combined with a strategic mindset, made her a natural fit for leadership roles.

Over time, Anna’s curiosity about the broader scope of business operations led her to project management. Transitioning into this field, she was able to apply her financial expertise to drive project efficiencies and ensure fiscal responsibility. She spearheaded the creation of five Project Management Offices (PMOs), ensuring each initiative was completed within budget while meeting business objectives.

As her career evolved, so did her leadership. Anna’s experience in delivering complex projects—from IT upgrades to business transformations—paved the way for her ascent to Vice President of Delivery Services. In this role, she led 80 team members, from software developers to business analysts, overseeing project delivery for diverse, high-impact initiatives. Throughout this journey, her focus on operational excellence, client satisfaction, and team development has remained constant, shaping her into the results-driven leader she is today.
