January Virtual Chapter Event: "The Internal Consultant: Managing Your Brand as a Project Management Expert"

Business Acumen

Do you find yourself known as “the project management expert” at your organization? Many of us hold this title, formally or informally, which can carry with it both positive and negative elements.
In this session, we’ll discuss a framework for defining and establishing your personal brand as a project management expert, leveraging that brand for your career development, and avoiding many of the common pitfalls that can accompany this designation.

Learning Objectives:

  • Establish themselves or further grow their role as a project management expert and an asset to their organization.
  • Leverage the value of their personal brand for maximum personal and organizational benefit while avoiding potential risks and pitfalls.
