The main goal in developing the PMI 4.0 Chapter Strategy is to bring us back to a truly symbiotic relationship with PMI, where PMI enables us to bring unique and valuable experiences, knowledge, and tools to our members and community....and in return, we help PMI to reach changemakers where they are, help them to recognize the value of what we have to offer, and encourage them to join our community. 

Our shared goal is to amplify our purpose and increase our positive impact on the world by sharing the knowledge, skills, and experience collected by the project management community over the last 50 years.

Juan is an experienced, dynamic, and innovative Senior Project Manager Consultant with over 16 years of experience managing large and complex enterprise projects including custom application development, systems integration, commercial software implementation, technology infrastructure, business transformation, legislation and policy implementation, and commercial construction. Juan’s public and private sector industry experience includes Insurance, Financial Services, Workplace Safety and Health, Government, Automotive, and Consumer Goods industries. 

Juan is the current VP of operations and president-elect for PMI Manitoba chapter.

Juan has been a chapter leader and volunteer for PMI Manitoba for over 6 years in the following capacities:

• As a member of the Board of Directors and Director of Governance from 2018 to 2020.
• As a member of the Board of Directors and Director of IT from 2016 to 2018.
• As the chair of the Project of the Year Committee from 2013 to 2017.
