Where does real collaboration come from? How does it benefit your organization and your projects? What are its limits? How can it be fostered?
Celero Solutions was born from the collaboration culture of Canadian prairie credit unions. This quality is at the heart of Celero’s many successful projects, including the 2019 Manitoba Project of the Year Award-winning ITSM project. Join Lianne Huberdeau, Melissa Schraud and Cory Alexander as they present “The Power of Collaboration: Lessons Learned from the 2019 POY Winner”
In this presentation, Celero will discuss the project as a case study to show how executive leadership, project management and team spirit cause projects to succeed despite challenges. They’ll share their favourite lessons learned along the way to help you harness the power of collaboration.
