November 2017 Chapter Meeting - Presentation by Steve Bulejsza from PCL, Special Projects Division

Speaker: Steve Bulejsza, Business Development Manager for PCL Constructors Canada Inc.

Steve Bulejsza is the Business Development Manager at PCL Constructors Canada Inc. in the Winnipeg District.  Steve has over 27 years of construction industry experience and has been with PCL since 2010.  As Business Development Manager, Steve manages the Winnipeg district’s marketing and business development practice including market research, planning, relationship management, market and business development strategy as well as proposal and presentation development for the Special Project’s Department. 

Steve is a graduate of the Building Construction Technician Course at Red River College.  He has also taken several PCL College of Construction training courses in Ethics & Integrity, Foundations for Operational Excellence, Solutions Providers Training, Leadership and Health Safety & Environment Training to name a few.

Some of the notable projects on Steve’s resume include the Richardson Centre Concourse Development, 165 Donwood Drive MHA Deep Refresh, Smith Restaurant, WAA Trade Shops Tenant Fit Out, IKEA Winnipeg Interior Fit UP, Inn at the Forks Lobby and Restaurant Renovations and Great-West Life 5th Floor Renovation, Assiniboine Credit Union 200 Main Street.

He will be presenting a number past and current projects completed by PCL and the PCL Special Projects Division.
