How often have we said, "Where did the day go?"  E-Mails, meetings, and telephone calls place demands on our time. We only have so many hours each day to get our work done. Time management skills have a direct effect on our efficiency, quality of work, and stress levels. 

In this presentation, participants will learn how to organize better, plan and manage their time, increase productivity, and reduce stress. 

Participants will:

  • Discover a proven 5-step time management system
  • Implement techniques and tools to move from busy work to productive work
  • Develop a personal action plan

About the presenter

Helen Dyrkacz is a professional speaker, trainer, facilitator, coach, and best-selling author.   She specializes in working with people who want to become more productive.  She is an expert in time management and communications.

Helen started in the Public Service as an administrative assistant and worked her way into managerial positions in the finance and project management areas.  She has worked in 6 Departments and has led many teams, including one with 45 accountants.

She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), a designation that is earned by less than 12% of world-wide speaking professionals.  She is also a past President of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers of Manitoba.

Helen lives in Winnipeg with her husband and son.  She enjoys working out in the gym and has completed a full marathon.
