 Have you ever wondered how the City of Winnipeg’s Police and Fire/Paramedic personnel are able to respond to life safety issues within minutes? Are you interested to know more about how an enhanced mission critical public safety system can be delivered without downtime?  Come listen and learn as our Project Sponsor, PMO and Project Manager panel discuss the City of Winnipeg’s P25 Radio Network project journey. As the PMI 2018 Project of the Year, the discussion promises to be dynamic and enlightening as we discuss topics ranging from the project’s planning and delivery to the many benefits provided to Winnipeg’s citizens such as increased system reliability and resiliency, coverage capabilities and the ability to provide seamless operations with other public safety forces.     

About the presenters


Stewart Bidinosti

Stewart Bidinosti is a senior leader within the City of Winnipeg managing the Enterprise Transformation Office.  Stewart has over 25 years’ experience providing technology investment planning/governance, PMO operations and project delivery for the City of Winnipeg and other public and private sector entities.  Stewart is skilled in delivering and sustaining change.  He thrives when bringing paradigm shifts that transform an organization’s ability to serve customers.


Glen Cottick

Glen Cottick is a senior leader within the City of Winnipeg with over 25 years of experience in Information Technology. As Senior Manager of Business Technology Services, Glen leads the team which provides IT services for all areas of the City of Winnipeg allowing him the opportunity to work closely with all business units to make meaningful enhancements to their service delivery.  Glen has led several transformational projects throughout his career and is always excited to see how business opportunities can be maximized by applying the right combination of people, process, and technology.  Glen is also involved in the community, serving on the board of a number of youth, sport, and charitable organizations.


Sean Clarke

Sean Clarke is a senior Project Manager with nearly two decades of experience helping his clients in various private sector and public-sector industry groups transform their business strategy into benefits and value for their organization. Sean has planned and executed various types and sizes of projects in multiple domain areas such as Business Transformation, business process reengineering, technical infrastructure integration, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) deployments and integration, application and system development, public safety communications, and Telecom systems and infrastructure.
