About the topic being presented
While technical skills are core to project and program management, on their own these are not enough in today’s increasingly complex and competitive global marketplace. Companies are seeking added skills in leadership and business intelligence — competencies that can support longer-range strategic objectives that contribute to the bottom line. The PMI Talent Triangle is a combination of skills, mixing elements of business management with technical project management expertise and the ability to lead into the ideal skillset. Project managers need to have all three of these traits.
"The Talent Triangle is critical because as project managers learn and develop their skills, they need to maintain a balance to maximize success", that's why the Talent Triangle works.
Simona will discuss how the Talent Triangle works and its benefits.
