December 2019 Chapter Meeting - Delivering Digital Transformation - How organizations are adapting, changing and innovating to achieve their digital potential

Digital technology is both an amazing opportunity and major threat to organizations today. Increasingly, these organizations are taking action by forming strategies, creating roadmaps and initiating projects. We ask:

• What makes a digital transformation program different?
• What are the strategies that can be applied at an organizational level to improve outcomes?
• How is the role of project manager changing in organizations with innovative cultures and practices?

This presentation will examine the practices and thinking employed by leaders in the industry, including those right here in Winnipeg, with the goal of inspiring you to try new things to help deliver digital transformation in your organization.

Online’s Digital Studio is a group dedicated to digitally transforming customer experiences through design, technology, and agile product development methods.

For over 20 years, Kevin has been helping Online's clients understand and tap into technologies that improve business outcomes. Today, Kevin is passionate about experience design and building outstanding digital products that help businesses stake their claim in the new digital economy. Prior to his current role, Kevin was Online's Principal Consultant and senior project director for application development and has led several major projects in energy, agribusiness, advanced education, and telecom.
