Only thing constant is change and Project Management practice is changing and adopting to disruptions caused by Digital Transformation.  Project Management skill has been traditionally viewed as horizontal skill set that’s transferable and essential to the success of the project, with command and control approach.  However, with fast changing and advancement in technology and market demand, organizations need to respond quickly to their customers’ needs to stay competitive and be relevant in the industry.   This presentation will review the project management skill sets and what you as a project manager needs to do to stay relevant and continue to grow your skill sets.

Jonathan has over 25 years of diversified consulting experiences serving a broad range of clients from fortune 100 companies to public sector organizations to small businesses. 

Jonathan has been deeply involved in serving the Project Management community since 2007. He has spoken several times at PMI North America Leadership Institute Meetings (LIM), various PMI Chapters in North America, and other speaking engagements.  He served as the Chicagoland Chapter President for 3 years and is currently Past President providing guidance to the Board.  He is also PMI Leadership Institute Masters Class 2015 graduate.

Jonathan holds multiple certifications including PMP, Disciplined Agile Lean Scrum Master (DALSM), Certified Disciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI), certified Unisys Project Manager, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).

In his paying job, Jonathan is a Vice President of CRM and Project Management Services at CCS Technology where he manages & implements CRM solutions for clients as their trusted advisor.
